About Kate
Kate Boardman is an aspiring author and poet. She is also a full-time mum living in genteel poverty in the beautiful city of York, UK.
Cappuccino Tales is where you will find unedited short stories and poems for your reading pleasure.
Latte Nights hosts some of Kates’ more racy musings which may or may not be based on real events. You decide.
Or you may like to check out the Cafe Collection. An ongoing series of articles researched and written by Kate. An opportunity to get to know the real people and places of interest in and around York.
Enjoy!!!

Hi Kate
Happy New Year!
Just a quick message to say thanks again for following us on Twitter – we’ve had some great hits on our site and our registration is going very well.
We’re entering the final build of the project now and I was just wondering if you had a place on your blog for Guest Posts and if I wrote an article about how we came up with the idea of iwritereadrate.com if you’d be happy to post it? I wasn’t thinking a particularly long article, perhaps around 800 words.
Would be great if you could let me know your thoughts on this.
Thanks in advance
Adam

Hi, Kate
I’ve been directed to you by Rebecca Emin after she featured me on her blog today – interview and give away of my book.
Good to meet you.
